Aesop on Yonge

A space that is hidden in plain sight. A gem of pure serenity amidst the hectic rush of the city. Only once one truly approaches the store will they experience what wonders lie within.

The design of this space's interior is heavily tied to the foundations of Aesop and their appreciation for the local environment and street-life culture of each of their locations. With this location in particular, The Toronto Reference Library that is directly adjacent to the space is most notably seen throughout this design, as if you were standing on one of its floors searching within.

"A Search for Knowledge"

A part of Aesop’s experience, the labels of their bottles designed to look like the spines of books, intriguing the customer to search through their products and gain knowledge from their consultants about them. This factor is key to this design, with the serenity of the calming burnt umbrage that lines the floors, wall plains and ceiling to create a certain atmosphere where the customer is calmly intrigued.
